Shipping + Returns
Palma Vintage will ship via USPS Priority Mail at a flat shipping rate of $8.00 for all domestic and US orders. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and the accompanying USPS tracking number when your package has shipped. Puerto Rico shipping will take 7-10 business days for delivery with priority mail.
When placing your delivery address, please ensure all information concerning billing and shipping is correct. We are unable to redirect the package as soon as an order has been processed and it has been dispatched.
Palma Vintage is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs.
We will ship via USPS for all international orders with the following options to chose from: First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International and Priority Mail International. The rate is calculated based on the address entered.
Each country's customs duties, taxes, tariffs, etc may vary. As stated, Palma Vintage is not responsible for these fees and they are not included in the shipping charge. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs fees.
All items are FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of pre-loved / vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear and any major flaws will be highlighted in the online description. Some examples of minor flaws include and are not limited to; pilling, markings, discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear from the previous owner and age.
As a very small brand, we sadly cannot cover the cost of returns.

Lost + Stolen
Once an item has been shipped, Palma Vintage is not responsible if the item is lost or stolen in transit. Palma Vintage uses USPS Priority Mail shipping for domestic orders. If you prefer an alternative method of shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Palma Vintage. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Palma Vintage is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
If your order arrives broken or damaged please email us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Depending on the damages incurred, we offer a full refund or store credit. We do remind you though that vintage can often be fragile and while we do our best to protect our pieces for shipping, what happens once the package leaves us, is out of our control.
